Delivery Information:

XYZ Shop highly values ​​the urgency of your order. We strive to ensure that your ordered products reach you as soon as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message.

Your ordered products will be shipped to your provided address within 3 to 5 working days (maximum), InshaAllah, wherever in Bangladesh. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of the product may be delayed. Shipping charges are determined based on the quantity and weight of the product.

Order Cancellation:

We start the shipping process within 24 hours (depending on the working day). Therefore, if you wish to cancel or change an order, please inform our customer service department within 24 hours, providing all your information.

Caution when receiving the parcel:

If the delivery man takes the parcel to you, check it carefully before receiving the parcel, is there any damage to the parcel, if the parcel looks damaged or suspicious, turn on the video recording on the mobile in front of the rider and open the parcel. If there is any problem such as other damage, missing items, or product damage, call the XYZ Shop helpline while the rider is present. Or return the parcel to the rider.

Parcel Return and Refund:

If for any reason you want to open the parcel after receiving it, turn on the video recording on the mobile and open it. If any problem is found while checking the product, and you want to return it, you have to return the product within 5 days. You just have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging have been carefully preserved. Then contact XYZ Shop customer care with appropriate evidence.

In this case, the customer will have to bear the return costs. And the customer will have to send the parcel to our address via courier.

The refund or exchange process will be initiated as soon as the returned parcel reaches us. Please note: No discount/special offer items are exchangeable/refundable.

Shipping Charges:

The shipping charge of the parcel will have to be paid by the customer.

Within Rajshahi District, minimum 1 kg is 50 taka. And it will increase by 20 taka for each subsequent kg.

Outside Rajshahi District, minimum 1 kg is 110 taka. And it will increase by 20 taka for each subsequent kg.
